We understand that it is difficult to commit to buying an Amp or a Speaker before trying them.

So for people who are interstate /regional areas we offer a trial period of up to 2 weeks, for only NEW gear from the date you receive, where you can return the purchased items back to Bass Gear Direct for a full refund subject to conditions – see below.

For a Full Refund the following conditions apply:

  • Each return circumstance will be treated and considered individually. Please choose carefully!
  • Goods must be returned in mint condition as received and unmarked, and with the original packaging, including all original accessories such as power leads, manuals, documents etc. Bass Gear Direct reserves the right to deduct an amount to cover any loss in value.
  • An amount to cover total shipping cost incurred in sending and returning the items will be deducted.
  • Any purchase payment fees incurred through either PayPal or Credit Card purchases will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • This offer DOES NOT apply to used,  pre-ordered or custom ordered gear, basses, pedals, strings & accessories.

Where you are unable to ‘Try before you Buy’ any of our NEW basses in stock we offer a period of up to 7 days from the date you receive your purchase, where you can return your purchased bass back to Bass Gear Direct for a full refund with the following conditions:

  • Each return circumstance will be treated and considered individually. Please choose carefully!
  • Basses must be returned in mint condition as received, unmarked, and with the original packaging, including all original accessories, manuals, documents, case, etc. Bass Gear Direct reserves the right to deduct an amount to cover any the loss in value.
  • An amount to cover total shipping cost incurred in sending and returning the bass will be deducted.
  • A $55 re-stocking fee will also be deducted.
  • Any purchase payment fees incurred through either PayPal or Credit Card purchases will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • This offer DOES NOT apply to used,  pre-ordered or custom ordered basses, amplifier, speakers,  strings & accessories.
